decent hotel, some issues

the room was huge, and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was lovely. the pool was fabulous, with a great temperature and plenty of sun loungers. the staff were kind and courteous.
the room was the first one in the hotel. frogs outside made really loud noise all night, so it was hard to sleep. breakfast was not great. there was little choice, overall.

mixed feelings about this hotel

the location was acceptable, near various temples and night markets.
The room i had was not thoroughly cleaned. I noticed cobwebs and dust on corners and shelves. the air conditioning only functioned when the room key was inserted, so cooling the room took a considerable amount of time. furthermore, the pool's water looked dirty with black particles floating around, and i saw no filter running.

the gardens were lovely. it was difficult to fault that.
the breakfast options were quite limited i thought. only one coffee machine served all guests. the room lacked proper ventilation to the outside. i almost felt trapped.

The location proved convenient for temple visits and market explorations. A muay thai competition also took place nearby. the hotel showed comfortable facilities despite not appearing brand new, it offered the charm of traditional thai housing.
I noticed an opened staff entrance door left unattended. This allowed direct street access into the hotel.

the hotel location is good and i found the staff friendly enough, except for one person at the reception.
the room did have a strange smell, i think it smelled like sewage for some reason. the water pressure in the shower was also not good and flow was not consistent, annoying.

The pool was big and open! it was a lovely area to relax after a day of sightseeing. the location was within walking distance to everything. I found this very convenient. i loved how close it was to many restaurants and the 7/11.
The hotel left its staff entrance door open constantly. I was worried because anyone could have walked in from the street. breakfast was very basic! it was like it needed more variety.

the hotel is in a peaceful location though it is very close to the city center. i noticed that it was walking distance to shops and massage services. it's right across the street from a 7-eleven, convenient.

The staff were very helpful and friendly! they helped with requests. That showed they were attentive. i saw a library room where you can find books in many languages. This was a unique feature.
